Pet Policy Details

Pet Authorization Required: No pets or animals of any kind are permitted at the Property without Owner's prior written approval and execution of Owner's Pet Addendum. Resident may not exceed three (3) approved pets. The following breeds are restricted and shall not be permitted under any circumstances: Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, any mix of listed breeds, and any reptiles, venomous animals, or other dangerous animals. Owner reserves the right to require DNA testing at Resident's expense to verify breed. Upon approval of a pet, Resident shall pay: (a) a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 for one pet, $500.00 for two pets, or $650.00 for three pets; and (b) monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet, due with monthly rent. Pet rent is Additional Rent. If Resident has an unauthorized animal at the Property, Owner shall charge Resident, as Additional Rent: (a) an initial unauthorized pet fee of $500.00 per animal; and (b) $50.00 per day per animal for each day the unauthorized animal remains. Owner may also charge for extermination, deodorizing, and all damage caused by the unauthorized animal. An unauthorized pet is grounds for termination of the Lease. Pet Responsibilities Resident is fully responsible for any damage, injury, or nuisance caused by any pet. Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors except in a securely fenced private yard. Animal waste must be promptly removed. All pets must have current
